🕺 Airtable: Build a Simple Custom CRM with AI

Airtable is an online tool that works like a spreadsheet combined with a database. Think of it as a smarter, more collaborative version of Exel. Businesses use it for all kinds of projects. With Airtable's new AI features you can create your own table-based apps.

Here's how you can create a CRM:

1. Create a workspace and choose the option "Build an app with AI".

2. Describe what you want to build. You can pick predefined options, like the CRM system. Then extend the prompt as you like. Optional: upload data for your system.

3. Click next and watch airtable generate the tables for you.

4. Now you can change the look and feel and preview the app.

5. Finally click “Create this app” and start adding data to your CRM system.

☁️ Replicate: Run AI Models in the Cloud

Replicate lets you run AI models in the cloud. The main advantages are that you don't need big hardware and their simple integration via APIs.

To create consistent characters, you need to fine-tune an image model on your photos.

Here are the steps:

1. Create at least 10 photos of yourself or any other person or character you want to train the model on. Use different poses, backgrounds, and light settings.

2. Follow the instructions in this repo. Upload the images in a .zip folder and pick a trigger word. You can go with most of the default settings.

3. Start the training. It will take approximately 20 minutes.

4. Now you can use your trained model on the platform or through their API. Generate images and include your trigger word to make sure the person appears.

Pro tip: You can generate videos with your character by first generating images of your character in different scenes. Then insert these images in image-to-video AI models.
