Microsoft: (NASDAQ: MSFT) 365 introduced two new thinking-capable AI agents to help users with workplace tasks: Researcher to research reports using different knowledge sources, including the web. Analyst to extract insights from data, much like data analysts.

Alphabet: (NASDAQ: GOOG) released Gemini 2.5 Pro - the most intelligent AI model ever. Google also plans to launch its robotaxi service Waymo One in Washington, D.C. by 2026.

🇨🇳 China AI Stock News

Alibaba: (NYSE: BABA) Qwen dropped 2 new AI models. Qwen2.5-Omni-7B for processing text, audio, image, and video in real-time. QVQ-Max to analyze and reason about visual information across images and videos, including blueprints and geometry problems. Alibaba announced a strategic alliance with BMW to develop advanced in-car AI tailored for the Chinese market, bringing cutting-edge vehicle cockpit tech to BMW models as soon as 2026.

Tencent: (HKEX: 700) released Hunyuan T1, a reasoning AI that uses the industry's first Transformer-Mamba architecture. The hybrid model matches or surpasses DeepSeek R1 and OpenAI’s o1 & GPT 4.5, with 2x faster speed. Priced at $0.14 and $0.55 per million I/O tokens. Tencent is investing €1.16B ($1.25B) for a 25% stake in Ubisoft’s new subsidiary.

Samsung (KRX: 005930) showcases new AR smart glasses Haean that are expected to launch this year.
